Founded in Hamburg in 2022, BĀ NOMU is built around our love for flavour, food and the craft of making drinks.

A lot of our inspiration starts in the kitchen. A dish, an ingredient, a memory or something we discover while travelling can become the starting point for a cocktail. We take those ideas and translate them into liquid form.

With influences from Asia and Europe, we bring together ingredients and techniques from both the kitchen and the bar. We think about flavour first, then texture, aroma and balance. Technique helps us get there, but it should never get in the way of the drink itself.
